There is a 24 hour cancellation policy where any appointment that is cancelled this time frame will incur a 50% fee.

No Shows will be required to pay for the booking in full and will be required to leave a 50% deposit for future bookings.

Late arrivals will only have the balance of their appointment for their treatment. If you would like your full treatment please be on time :)
